CHICKEN PARMESAN
Ingredients

3 Chicken breasts

4 cups of bread crumbs

4 cups of flour
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp pepper
-
1 tsp granulated garlic
-
3 Eggs
-
1 tbs water
-
1 jar Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce

1/4 cup Olive oil
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 lb shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Pound out chicken breasts.

Mix salt, pepper, and granulated garlic into flour.

In a separate dish, beat eggs with water.

Coat chicken breasts in flour, drench in egg wash and then dip in bread crumbs.

Fry breaded chicken in olive oil on both sides until brown, drain on paper towels.

Place cooked chicken in baking platter.

While chicken is still hot sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.

Top with Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce.

Top with more Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake until cheese melts.
