SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
Ingredients
Pasta

Spaghetti
-
Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce
Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
-
1/2 cup bread crumbs
-
2 eggs
-
1/4 cup finely diced onion
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
1/4 cup chopped parsley
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
-
1 tbs salt
-
1 tsp pepper
Instructions

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl with your hands until all ingredients are combined.

Roll into meatballs with your hands, dip in water then add to a simmering pot of Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce

Simmer in sauce for 1 hour.

Cook off spaghetti (al dente) and mix with meatballs and sauce.

top with Parmesan
